I had an appointment in the gynaecologist clinic and felt very nervous and apprehensive.
All of the staff that I came into contact with were lovely, from the man who showed me where to go to have my ultrasound scan (it was his first day), the receptionists, and particularly all of the nursing staff. You all put me at ease, were very reassuring, and made the whole experience almost a pleasure.
