"So poor"

Extremely difficult to get an appointment here when you need one.

The one time I've been ill over 2 years, was given a course of antibiotics that was too short, resulting in illness returning immediately. The Dr I saw in subsequent 2nd appointment was condescending, and offered no further advice for pain relief (for a condition that has now persisted for over a month).

Receptionist on desk was being loud & rude to other members of the public regarding prescription issues.

Poor communication - patients are not informed that their own GP has left the practice.

Complete disregard for the welfare/health of the people who are patients here. (which is the norm for this practice)
