"Amazing Service"

Hi, I have had my toenail taken off today in building 16, podiatry in QEUH. I just had to send a message to commend the amazing service they provide. I was cared for by Izzy and David the podiatrists, and their two podiatry students from GCU. I was made feel very comfortable as they were so professional and ensured I understood everything that was being carried out. They reassured me, enabled me to have someone with me and made me feel very welcome in their department. They are a credit to NHSGGC. I was also very impressed by how knowledgeable the students were, they will make fantastic healthcare professionals when they qualify in a few months. I cannot thank them enough. I know a toenail sounds like a trivial thing but it has caused me so much discomfort and I am so appreciative that they have resolved this for me.
