Hello, I'm the worst crohn's disease sufferer in scotland as my body rejects every treatment and tablet there is available. I am in and out of hospital numerous times a month and rely on the nhs, for the 16years of having this condition I have never been treated or felt any compassion from ambulance service as I did on friday.

2 lovely gentlemen ambulance crew came to me and my childrens rescue. They went above and beyond to help me get my pain a bit under control I have never been so thankful for Michael and Iain from coatbridge ambulance crew I cant thank you enough for what you done me alot more people should take a leaf out these guys books absolutely amazing.

I am sorry to read that you had reason to use our services but am very happy to read that the quality of service you received was as expected. Your condition sounds extremely challenging and being in pain is not nice at all. I understand your condition is chronic but I do hope that you are feeling better now and I hope not in pain. I will pass on your lovely words to the local management team so the staff know the effect they had on you.
