"Excellent Treatment"

My mother in law aged 91ish had a fall at home on Sunday the 14th of November, the ambulance came and after checking her over took her to the accident unit. She received excellent treatment and the staff looked after her really well, she was stitched and finally we were able to take her home where she seems to be recovering nicely. I would just like to say that all through the process she was treated with respect and kindness as were we the family, I appreciate that the accident unit was really busy which made it more surprising, to everyone from ambulance crew onwards I would like say thankyou.
