I was invited to attend a 10 week class at Lochside Community Centre. Unfortunately I was unable to go to the initial class attended from the second week.
I was a bit apprehensive going to the class. I must say I was made very welcome by both Jenny and Kirsten and the other participants in the class.
The information given during the eduction section was both reassuring and informative.
The exercise regime has benefitted myself tremendously I can now walk from Prestwick to Ayr on a regular basis. I also attend a class at the Citadel weekly, I am hoping to go Breathe Easy Sessions monthly.
I have no regrets attending the classes and would do them again if the opportunity should arise in the future.
Thanks to Jenny and Kirsten very much for your help and encouragement.
