"A & E Dept Crosshouse Hospital Kilmarnock"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Accident & Emergency Crosshouse Hospital / Xrays & Scans

(as the patient),

I attended A & E Dept tonight and I can honestly say the service was exemplary.   The waiting time was great  and the treatment in XRay and then having the wound stitched was second to none.   So well done Dr. Gourlay and the team.

Dear Lizzie M,

I am sorry to read that you had to use our service and required stitches! I hope you are feeling better now and that your wound is healing well.

We have had a very busy few weeks in our department so your feedback really is appreciated. I am pleased to hear that your waiting time, experience in x-ray and experience of getting your sutures were 'second to none'. We aim to please!

We don't have a Dr Gourlay but we have several staff members with similar names. If you are able, could you email me your name and date of birth to claire.gilroy@nhs.net and I will ensure they are sent this?

In the meantime, I will share this with our whole team via email and will share at our morning huddle. I will ensure our colleagues in x-ray also receive a copy.

Claire
