Attended this department, which I found to be clean, bright and cheerful and appointments were on time, Tuesday 19/11/2019 at 10.30 am for a procedure which I was extremely nervous about, but the Doctor and nurses were so friendly, professional and calming I was soon at ease, the procedure which only took a few minutes, with the doctor explaining everything as he progressed. From the receptionist to the Doctor and nurses I'd like to thank them for making a procedure, which I was terrified about, acceptable. Once again many thanks. From a very relieved and grateful patient.
