This wonderful team should be highly commended for providing an invaluable service to my Dad after hospital discharge. They are a fabulous team of ladies who care without being patronising. My Dad has recently spent his 90th birthday in hospital but is fiercely independent. They are enabling him to regain that confidence with respect and dignity. I can’t thank them enough, true angels in disguise.
