About: Borders General Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as a service user),

Had to attened a and e with an ankle injury. The nurse in charge was warm and friendly and had great patient centred care towards myself but also spoke so kindly to those in the waiting room. Nice to see someone so cheery and warm.

Dear LM1991

I am sorry to hear about your recent ankle injury. However, I am delighted to hear that you received such great care from the nurse that treated you when you attended the Emergency Department (ED). I will ensure your feedback is shared with the staff in ED who will greatly appreciate you taking the time to use Care Opinion to share the details of your experience.

I hope you have now fully recovered from your injury.

Best wishes,

Karen
