"Family Footprints Group"

About: Inclusion Recovery Hampshire

(as a service user),

This group has helped me immensely, it has taught me a lot about how my drinking affects the family. How my emotions, no matter how hard, try to cover up how I feel, that my eyes don't lie, + the children feel & see my true emotions.

It was a lovely, small, consistent group, both Gemma + Sarah were positive + made us all feel comfortable + able to be honest + open in group.

This has been enlightening in many ways, I'm so privileged to have been able to be a part of this group.

Thank you for your recent post and positive feedback. I am really pleased that you have found the Family Footprints group work programme so helpful and it is clear that you have learnt so much from attending.

I am also glad that, through Gemma and Sarah's facilitation of the group, you were able to feel comfortable and to be open and honest which is so important in recovery. I will pass on your comments to them.

Keep up the good work and I wish you all the very best for the future.
