"Skilled and kindly care"

About a year ago I was diagnosed with bladder cancer.

I have had various scans and three courses of chemotherapy followed by bladder surgery and a urostomy.

In every aspect of my treatment I have treated with kindness and great competence.

All the different departments involved in my care and treatment have cooperated effectively.

All the staff, surgeons, doctors, nurses, technicians, support staff were helpful and caring and good at their jobs.

I am very grateful for the excellent care and treatment I have received.
