"Made the whole thing much less stressful"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Gastroenterology

(as a service user),

I recently attended for colonoscopy and from the minute I arrived until I left the staff could not be faulted. They all put me at ease and made the whole thing much less stressful than anticipated. Mr Felsenstein was so kind and caring too, a true gentleman. The team in the room displayed great camaraderie so thank you one and all for your care, compassion and professionalism.
