"Excellent - I could't ask for more from a..."

I have been with the Red House Surgery for many years now, and I still feel enormously grateful for their swift working skills and patient care. Over the years my needs have changed, but every time I need to call or book an appointment the reception team make me feel so listened to and if they are not able to help right away, always get back to me so fast. I have never had a bad experience with the Red House Surgery. The doctors, nurses and pharmacists are attentive and understanding and and in my experience, are somehow always able to keep an appointment upbeat and positive, even if the subject matter may not be. As a patient here, I feel that their manner provides me with an extra level of care. I would like to thank all the staff at the Red House Surgery for all their hard work - I know when people are unwell it can be easy to be tunnel focused on oneself and not be aware of the little things so maybe it is not said enough but Thank You!!! I can not express how much weight it lifts to know I never have to feel nervous or anxious to call my doctors surgery, that there is always a lovely, friendly voice at the end of the phone who can help me get sorted out. As someone who has always experienced high levels of panic and anxiety, I cannot stress enough how much means to not have to be nervous in these situations. You are a fantastic practice and I hope people do remember to say that - often preferably! I hugely appreciate all the work that is done by the practice, I genuinely feel my life could feel very different if I was associated with a different practice. Thank You again!!!! You guys really are awesome.
