"A confidential and safe environment"

About: Community mental health services / Recovery College

(as the patient),

I attended the Discovering Spirituality Course at the Recovery College in Wandsworth.  I had some reservations about attending the course, as I do not consider myself to be religious.  However, my mind was soon put at rest in the first session, where we discussed how you don't necessarily have to be religious to experience spirituality.

The trainers and  fellow students created a confidential and safe environment, where I felt comfortable in talking about my own mental health issues and continuing road to recovery.
