"Reception and ultrasound"

I was 10 minutes late for my ultrasound appointment which was beyond my control. The lady receptionist was rude and asked me to book another appointment another day even after explainingi travelled over 20 miles. I called the general line and rebooked.

For the second appointment, I arrived an hour early to be on safe side. A male receptionist welcomed politely and asked me to take seat. Within minutes, I was called in for the scan. Very kind, polite and knowledgeable technicians. Explained everything well.
