I attended Clinic F in a state of distress and anxiety. All staff were not only professional but also very kind, compassionate, gentle and reassuring. After examination, detailed explanation and a very welcome cup of tea provided in a quiet area with my husband, I managed the long journey home feeling so very grateful to the whole team.
