About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Care of the Elderly

(as a relative),

I have nothing but praise for your staff in ward 4 Queen Margaret Hospital, Dunfermline. The person centred care for their patients is commendable. It was lovely to see their dedicated, caring, and engaging approach with their patients when visited my dad this afternoon.. They respected the patients as individuals and were readily available to deal sensitively with some unsettled behaviour.
