"Excellent practice"

I have been a patient with this practice for approximately 30 years.

I have always found two particular doctors to be extremely helpful, patient and attentive. They have looked after my husband and myself as well as our children, and I have never felt disappointed with their care. I personally have experienced a range of health issues and each one has been treated with the utmost care.

As a female, I greatly appreciate the team which enables me to consult a female doctor.

I have always been able to have a telephone conversation with a doctor on the same day, and I have had no difficulty in obtaining an appointment at the surgery usually within a day or two at most. The appointment system used means I have never had to sit for longer than 10 minutes in the waiting room.

I receive text reminders about vaccinations, and appointment reminders which I find very helpful.

All in all an excellent practice. I feel fortunate to be with them.
