After a long time of poor and insufficient sleep I was at the end of my tether. Always tired and listless sadly with a short fuse as a result. I was recommended to try one of the The Recovery Colleges (Tooting) short courses on Managing Sleep. Stella and Kelvin along with Andrea were so understanding and knowledgeable that I immediately felt as though I was in the right place for help. Other people on the course were all experiencing similar problems to me and this helped me to open up and share experiences and learn tips. From the very first session I received sound advice, tips and tricks along with the reasoning behind my problem and why these changes can help and help they did. Everyone attended the second session and fed back about their sleep and the changes they had made and how this helped them. My quality of sleep has improved greatly and my sleep pattern has become more consistent and I am sleeping more soundly as a result, and am a lot less tired and irritable. This is the first course I have been on and would recommend it to anyone who like me who has had enough of poor sleep quality.
