About: St Andrew's Healthcare Essex / Audley

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I got the best care and the most deciphered programme to help my mental health. I don't really think anything could be better about this place because the food is pretty much spot on and we are allowed takeaways on Sundays and that's a bonus. 

if staff weren't as busy they could spend more time with patients who need more attention.

We are glad and delighted you received the best care and a structured treatment plan here in Essex, we also want to appreciate your amazing comments about the food and the team making provision for you to have takeaways on Sunday. We are making progress to ensure all our patients needs are met by focussing more on therapeutic activities with both the Nursing team and MDT involvement. Thank you and all the best.
