I queues d from 6.30 a.m. for an appointment on the Friday after a consultant emailed this practice with urgent changes in my medication.
When seen at reception I was told I would get a text or email giving me an appointment at an unspecified future date. There are too many patients registered here and getting an appointment has become impossible.
