"Great ambassador"

Alan from WestMARC has been out Monday & Friday this week to look at my wheelchair. He is an excellent worker and treats you well, always lets you know what is happening and he does his job well.

He is very efficient and I've known him for years now and I think he is a great ambassador for the company and if he was my employee I would not let him go.

He always keeps you informed of the work he carries out and he ordered new parts or repairs the wheelchair there and then if he can. He doesn't waste any time and is always very talkative.
