Back on in February 2019 I had a very bad experience in 105 which I wrote about here. Imagine how uncomfortable and upset I felt being admitted again to ward 105 in October.

My fears were totally unfounded. I had a completely different experience.

The staff were simply amazing. Patient , compassionate, empathetic and exceptional patient care for everyone.

There were some difficult and challenging patients but the staff treated them with respect, they handled the rudeness with amazing professionalism.

Thank you to all of the staff who took very good care of me and all the other patients in the ward with me.

A very, very different experience from the one in February.
