"Five out of five"

I was in Huntleyburn house, Melrose, under the Borders Crisis Team.

It was all exceptional care I was given, the whole team were exceedingly professional and considerate in their care for me while I was in Section. I would rate it five out of five if it was a star rating system.

The quality of accommodation was five out of five, the attention to detail when looking after patients in their care, five out of five with good consideration and understanding for mental health abilities.

They allowed family members to visit without concern for the time or date, five out of five this was exceptional. Didn't have to come at certain times or make appointments, and when we were quiet we were allowed to visit the grounds, also five out of five.

The food was also very good, and staff were helpful in all aspects. It was nice to have been under this care. The aftercare was five out of five as well, with help from the crisis care team.
