"Fantastic A&E Professional Service"

High praise for the fantastic service given in A&E recently when I attended having had a close encounter with a hobby carving power tool that tore into my thumb damaging my tendon. I was seen quickly by a Sister who covered my wound with a saline dressing before being seen a few minutes later by a great Emergency Nurse Practitioner. Having looked at the wound, he organised an XRay and called the Orthopaedic Registrar who was very reassuring and thorough. He explained surgery to the tendon would be required and, subsequently, organised an 8am assessment at the Norfolk & Norwich AEUS for the next day. Can't fault the speedy, professional and kind approach by all staff involved. Repair now completed. Thank you. The NHS is wonderful!
