"Primary Care at Kings Mill Hospital"

After ringing 111 an appointment was made at primary care within an hour and a half. It was very busy when I arrived and expected a long wait but spot on the time was called in to see a lovely nurse. After a few question she performed an ECG. Het lovely manner made me feel at ease. After was told to wait to see a doctor for results. Within minutes was called back in . i felt totally reassured my ECG was fine and after a few more questions my chest was examined. Turned out to be a chest infection not a heart problem as I feared. 

His manner was so reassuring and understanding and felt so much better immediately. He prescribed medicine with full instructions . 

I have never felt so relieved and want to thank him for his exceotional care and understanding. Indeed both the staff that treated me. Thankyou for putting a lonely scared getting a bit older patients mind at rest and sorting me out so professionally and kindly. 110% Given and cant say how much that meant to me.
