"Excellent nurse practitioner visit"

I visited the surgery today and was nervous and apprehensive about the procedure I was to have. The nurse practitioner was superb - explaining what was going to happen and putting me at my ease. Her knowledge around the condition was excellent and she took time to make sure I was relaxed and felt in control. I was given lots of information about aftercare and risks / signs to look out for. Follow up details were discussed and I was able to make an appt straight away. I was even able to have my flu jab which will save me both time and effort having it at my work place. Many thanks the nurse practitioner for making my visit a very positive experience.
