About: Royal Bournemouth General Hospital

Glucose meter packed up. Contacted diabetes unit. They fitted me in straight away and set me up with a new one. Also talked me through some other issues. As always brilliant service in that department

Sorry to hear you were having troubles with your Glucose meter but very pleased to hear the diabetes unit responded so promptly and were able to set you up with a new one and had time to talk about additional concerns you had.

It is always nice to feel that a service is there when you need it and that your concerns matter.
