The only good things about this whole experience are two doctors. The phone line trying to book an appt is an absolute joke and the waiting time to actually get an appt is even worse. The receptionist is rude and doesn't seem to care 1 bit and only seems interested in trying to diagnose the problem to get you off the line. That being said the 2 Dr's I have seen are very good and are the only decent thing about this surgery.
