About: Musgrove Park Hospital / Paediatrics

(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter had bronchitis and we were brought In due to dehydration on Friday all the staff on Acorn Ward have been amazing and made a horrific time more bearable. They have all gone above and beyond to make sure we all were comfortable and happy. A huge special thank you to Emma who looked after my daughter for an hour so we could have a break.

We met with your baby daughter last Friday - I am so glad that she is better now and you are able to take her back home. Such lovely feedback for our team on the unit - I know all the staff that cared for you and your daughter so shall ensure that this feedback goes directly to them and is shared with our wider team.

Thank you for mentioning Emma especially - we are so fortunate to have her on our team and I know how much she enjoyed the cuddles with your daughter as I saw them both together! Thank you again.
