"No communication / carers off patient "

Daughter was placed in ITU brilliant ward staff and doctors very informative / over to Markham / 8th November / then moved in night to HDU / parents filled carers form in due to daughter having Asperger learning difficulties to be rang if moved or condition changes anytime night or day / parents find out by ringing three wards that daughter now been placed back in HDU so why no call / by anyone even though your down as her carer and told them to contact us both phone numbers given as and she doesn’t understand what doctors say to her so worried incase she told something that she not understand and get very upset and scared . I know these wards are very busy but come on it’s basic communication ! Why place posters up all over the hospital why be given forms to fill out about being a carer it’s so confusing and upsetting to say the least !
