"My visit to A+E"

About: Musgrove Park Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I brought myself to A+E at about 3 o’clock in the afternoon on Friday, November 9th.

I was feeling short of breath and had some chest discomfort. My GP had told me to attend A+E.

The A+E department was packed and I had a wait of about 25 minutes but I was treated with great care throughout.

Without exception, the staff and doctor who looked after me were good humoured, caring and professional.
