"Very welcoming"

About: Cumberland Infirmary / Oral surgery

(as the patient),

Went to my original dentist due to having an abscess and really severe facial swelling that wouldn't stop increasing. So my dentist immediately referred me to this department. 2 days later I went to the hospital, and when it came to getting the procedure I needed, all 3 members of staff were very welcoming and put me at ease as I am always scared and anxious about any dental work, if it wasn't for those 3 I wouldn't be feeling better. They managed to drain my abscess and remove a tooth that was causing it. They even found out through x-ray that my wisdom teeth on the bottom were trying to push out sidewards instead of up, so in 5 weeks time, my wisdom teeth are due to be removed. 10/10, couldn't thank everyone enough for what they have done.
