About: Community mental health services / Recovery College

(as a service user),

Just finished a six week course on Journaling for Self Development  with Kelvin and Stella. 

Both wonderful teachers . Both have great empathy and support for all students in the class. Very helpful on recollection of previous lessons.  

Big encouragement from them both to find ways to support my own mental health issues and support myself and family .

Handouts were good.
