"Made to feel welcome at all times"

(as a service user),

Recently pregnant and was cared for by the Oban and Lorn community midwife team. 

From the very start(a year ago)  and our whole experience was fantastic. Due to my health and previous issues, we were very anxious. Every question was answered, we were made to feel welcome at all times, even if it was our 3rd visit of the week. 

Our named midwife was wonderful, but we felt at ease with any member of the team, all very helpful and friendly.

After our daughter was born, we seen our midwife for a few days, and was very sad to see them go, I felt they had helped us through a lot! and always happy to bump into them in the town or when I’m up at the hospital.
