(as a parent/guardian),

I took my young son to the Accident and Emergency dept at Lincoln County hospital with an ankle injury. We were seen by professional, friendly and reassuring staff in the A and E and the x-ray dept. We were able to wait in a separate children's waiting area away from unwell adults and were treated and on our way home in under 2 hours. Thank you.

Thankyou for taking the time to post your positive comments regarding Lincoln ED.

Work is being done to further improve the experience for children including increasing our waiting area for children so they can play, watch DVDs and be separate to the adults.

I hope your son has made a full recovery
