"Young families do not find long walk easy"

About: Paediatrics / Paediatric orthopaedics Queen Margaret Hospital

(as a parent/guardian),

A beautiful new department, very friendly staff and proficient staff.

The problem is that the car park, signposted "Children's Orthoptic Services" has no designated parent & child places.

The appointments do not take long so I think it would make sense to have approximately 4 - 5 places solely for parent & child.

Young families do not find a long walk easy.

I am pleased to read that you found the staff working in the re-located children’s orthoptic department at Queen Margaret Hospital Friendly and proficient.

I appreciate your feedback In relation to parent and child car parking spaces and as a follow up to this I will discuss this further with the site manager at Queen Margaret Hospital.
