"Very pleased with recent care and admission."

About: University Hospital Monklands / General Medicine (Wards 2,10,12 and 17)

(as a volunteer/advocate),

Ward 10

Been in hospital for four days, feels very involved and informed about his care and plan for his care, seen the same consultant throughout every admission, known to nursing staff, specialist staff and other health professionals. Food intolerances catered for by staff, further help can be requested if required.

Staff aware of needle phobia and accommodations made.

Very satisfied that the plans are taking shape and is optimistic for the future.
