"Difficult to find the right department"

About: Gartnavel General Hospital / Xrays and Scans

(as a relative),

Trying to find the ultrasound department at the gartnavel hospital was difficult (even for somebody with full vision and navigates around hospital daily). The letter didn’t state which floor and the signs we did eventually find are small and on the doors.

Dear JLM19

How very disappointing to hear of your recent experience at Gartnavel in trying to navigate your way to the ultrasound department. It is an anxious time in itself without the added adage of difficulties in finding the appropriate department.

I shall inform my colleagues at Gartnavel and ask them to explore your findings and to look at ways in which we can make finding departments easier.
