"I've been using (abusing) multiple drugs over the past years and need help to overcome my problems"

About: Change Grow Live / Substance to Solution

(as the patient),

I used to attend sessions at s2s few years ago but after few sessions I stopped. Thought that I was able to manage it myself and it was working until I split up with my wife. Since then I've been smoking a lot of cannabis, using opiates (codeine, morphine, dihydrocodeine), but my main problem (I think it's my main problem) is speed - amphetamine. I have bipolar disorder and severe depression with anxiety and often having suicidal thoughts, on which I acted once but lately those thoughts became much stronger and I'm worried that I might be a danger to myself. I have two children who live with their mum, and there are problems with access and that makes my depression 1000 times worst. I'm in a mess basically and really need help
