"A really positive experience"

My whole experience of SBU was really positive from initial visits all the way through to after care. I had to attend twice prior to giving birth due to reduced movement of my child and the care I received on both occasions was great (only minor point was the length of waiting time but the unit was always busy and staff did what they could). When it came to giving birth, the midwives that assisted were fantastic, really friendly and I felt in safe hands. I ended up having an emergency C-section, the theatre staff again were brilliant and I was kept well informed and looked after. Post surgery, I spent one night in hospital before being discharged and I had no issues and was regularly monitored throughout my time there. Thank you to all those that work in SBU.
