Having attended the surgery this morning i was apprehensive and nervous as i was to have an injection into my knee cap for the first time. From speaking to to reception staff to the dr administering my injection they showed nothing but respect empathy and tried to put my fears at ease with good banter and humor alieviating some of nervousness.Big thankyou to all staff regardless of title i wouldnt have got the same level of care treatment and respect elsewhere
