"Excellent care"

I just wanted to take the time to write this because I had a very positive experience seeing Physiotherapist Susan at Crosshouse Hospital today. Susan was absolutely amazing, showed great compassion and listened to all my concerns about my back pain. She really saw me as a whole person and I was able to talk to her about how my back issues affect me and how my mental health might be affecting my physical pain levels. I couldn't have asked for better care and I feel much less frustrated at my issues and more confident that I can overcome them following Susan's excellent advice. As an NHS employee myself, I couldn't be more proud of what we do for people. Thank you very much Susan!
