"Outpatients Dept. - Redhill"

About: East Surrey Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as a service user),

I have been going there for annual appointments, for 4 years. I usually wait 60 to 90 minutes. Today I was hardly in the dept. when I was called for the 1st eye test, then 2 minutes, for the 2nd test, then 2 minutes for the 3rd test. I had hardly sat down when the Ophthalmologist called me in, he was very thorough and re-assuring, the whole experience, was exceptional, all praises to them, outstanding care. Thank you thank you thank you
