From the lady on the reception to all of the nursing team who dealt with my son last night - brilliant. Thank you. Thanks especially to the nurse practitioner who gave great advice and calmed a worried mam (PE on lungs). You were caring, knowledgeable and put everything into perspective. I know how hard you all work and how thankless your task must feel at times - but you are greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.

Firstly, and most importantly, I do hope that your son is now on the mend? I know how frightening it can be when your children are unwell, so I am pleased you were able to find the care and reassurance that you needed from us. I can fully appreciate why you were so worried.
