"Almost impossible to get an appointment."

Unfortunately, the surgery operates a telephone triage service - for most appointments. You cannot get a general appointment without it. So, instead of phone or going online to book an apointment you have to detail you problem instead - and wait for a doctor to ring you back. Sometimes it can be the next day!

The doctors accesses for illness, and it seems provides all manner of alternitives in order for you not to see a doctor. If they feel you don't need to see one, then you wont get an appointment.

For me, who suffers from moderate anxiety and depression, this puts more barriers up between me and my care givers. Consequently, my mental health has deteriated greatly since this system was introduced. I used to be monitoredevery 3-4 months at a surgury appointment - but I've not been seen now for years!

Don't joint this surgery if you want to see a doctor - ever!
