My partners methadone script was stopped without any kind of communication or warning. This was due to an error between CGL and the Pharmacist. We tried to contact the local CGL and also surrounding satellite areas. They were either closed, or did not return calls. The situation was not rectified until the following day. It is clear that since, Inclusion has changed over to CGL, the service and support has really gone down.
"Lack of communication and efficiency."
