This practice has been getting progressively worse for quite some time. I previously left a good review about the practice some years ago, but since the changes my viewpoint has drastically changed - although some of the GPs and Nurses are very good.

That said, overall, the practice is a big let down to many patients by all accounts.

For a start, well done if you actually get through on the phone - it's an almost impossible task.

Blood tests being requested and not printed, systems being down etc and no communication however I booked my phlebotomy appointment!

Letters being addressed to my parents asking to book ME in for a check up - I am an adult who does not live at home and never have since moving to London 6 years ago!

Referrals not being done in a timely manner and when they are they send you to Homerton. I live in Lewisham!

Being made to physically come in in person to order a rpt script when it's medication for a long term condition that is not new.

Finally today I was late by 9 minutes and I never miss an appointment, always early and end up waiting over 30 minutes in many cases.

When I explained to the rude receptionist that I had been trying to call for sometime to inform them she responded "that doesn't help." An unhelpful attitude and I couldn't have been more apologetic if I tried.

Never have I come across such a rude receptionist and how management keep her employed baffles me.

I could go on further but enough said.

The rod that broke the camels back I'd rather register elsewhere.

Lack of routine appointments, lack of out of hours routine appointments for people who work and rude reception staff make this practice hostile, inefficient, uncaring and somewhere I would never want to be a patient again.
