(as a parent/guardian),

My son was admitted for a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy after a cancellation. The team at both ward 1A and 1B were amazing. They helped soothe our nerves and explained everything that was going to happen. They gave my all the care that was within their power to give, without them the experience would have been a very stressful one. The staff are a credit to the nhs.

Thank you for taking the time to feedback about your experience on ward 1A and 1B at the children's hospital. I am pleased to hear the staff explained everything well and soothed your sons nerves during this stressful time. It is great to hear you say they are a credit to the NHS.
